Connect Programme

 

The Connect Programme is funded by Waterford & Wexford Education Training Board and sponsored by Manor St John Youth Services.

The programme provides training to those in receipt of various department of social protection allowances including:

  • Disability Allowance

  • Job Seekers Allowance

  • Job Seekers Benefit 

  • llness Benefit

  • Lone Parent allowance

  • Illness Pension and

  • Invalidity Pension.

 

The Connect Programme offers a QQI Level 5 Major Awards in Office Administration. The major award consists of 8 QQI accredited modules. We also provide students with other core competencies through CV and Interview workshops, Career Planning, Literacy and Numeracy support and Work Placement opportunities.

Limited places are available on this course. Participants must be in receipt of one of the payments listed above, be 16 years of age or over and have some computer skills.
